Custom sex doll manufacturers

Buyers must choose between TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Silicone. TPE is more cost-effective, softer, and porous, requiring more frequent cleaning, while Silicone is highly durable, heat-resistant, and non-porous, making it the premium choice for medical-grade safety and longevity. Ensure the supplier uses platinum-cured silicone to avoid chemical odors.

A high-quality doll should feature a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum skeleton with multi-axis joints to allow for realistic posing without frame fatigue. Specify the need for integrated sound modules or internal heating systems if required, and ensure the weight-to-height ratio is manageable for your target logistics model.

Products must adhere to REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS standards to ensure materials are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. For electronic components (heating/vibration), CE, FCC, or UL certification is essential to prevent customs seizures and ensure user safety.

Request high-resolution unedited photos or videos of previous custom works. Evaluate the hand-painted detailing (makeup, skin texture, veins) and the variety of interchangeable parts (heads, wigs, eye colors). Top-tier manufacturers on Made-in-China.com often provide 3D modeling services to preview custom facial structures before production.

Use discreet packaging without explicit imagery or suggestive text on the outer carton. Declare the items using appropriate HS Codes (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90). Be aware of regional prohibitions; some countries have strict decency laws that may lead to confiscation if the product is deemed 'obscene' rather than a 'novelty item'.

Focus on Sample-to-Bulk conversion discounts. Request a Quality Assurance Agreement that specifies a 0% tolerance for skin tearing or skeletal defects. Negotiate for spare parts (repair kits, extra joints) to be included in the initial order to reduce future after-sales costs.

Utilize Secured Payment services and hire third-party inspection agencies (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a pre-shipment inspection. The inspector should check for material consistency, joint flexibility, and electronic safety before the final balance is paid.

For bulk orders, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is the most economical, though it requires moisture-proof vacuum packaging. For urgent samples, Air Freight with specialized couriers is faster, but ensure the doll is packed in a reinforced wooden crate or heavy-duty double-wall corrugated box to prevent 'flat spots' on the TPE/Silicone during transit.
