Sex doll for man manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is more cost-effective, softer to the touch, and has a higher elasticity, making it feel more like human skin; however, it is porous and requires regular powdering to prevent stickiness. Silicone is a non-porous, premium material that is heat-resistant, easier to clean, and highly durable, though it is generally more expensive and less flexible than TPE.

Buyers should ensure the doll features a reinforced stainless steel articulated skeleton with high-quality joints to prevent limb breakage during posing. Look for integrated heating systems and voice interaction modules that meet CE and RoHS standards to ensure electronic safety and longevity.

Products must be BPA-free and phthalate-free to ensure user safety. For international markets, verify that the materials pass REACH (EU) or FDA (US) skin-sensitivity tests. Ensure the supplier provides Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to confirm the non-toxicity of the polymers used.

Focus on the hand-painted detailing (veins, skin texture, and makeup) and the quality of the implanted hair or high-end wigs. Request high-definition videos of the seam lines; top-tier manufacturers minimize visible mold lines through advanced injection molding and manual finishing.

This category is often flagged as 'sensitive goods'. Ensure the supplier uses discreet, neutral packaging without any suggestive labels. Verify the specific HS Code (typically under 9503 or 3926) and check local regulations, as some countries have strict decency laws or bans on specific types of realistic dolls.

Request custom-fitted foam crates or double-walled corrugated boxes to prevent the heavy internal skeleton from piercing the skin during transit. For bulk orders, sea freight with palletization is recommended to reduce per-unit costs, but ensure silica gel desiccant packets are included to prevent mold in humid shipping containers.

Use secure payment methods and prioritize suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone Audited Supplier status. Request a factory video audit to confirm they are an actual manufacturer and not a trading company, which ensures better after-sales support for replacement parts like extra hands or repair kits.

Negotiate based on MOQ tiers; prices often drop significantly when moving from 5 units to 20+ units. Ask for bundled accessories (clothing, cleaning kits, storage bags) to be included in the unit price, and insist on a 12-month warranty on the internal skeleton.
