Wholesale white fox manufacturers

When sourcing white fox faux fur, prioritize 100% Acrylic or Modacrylic fibers, as these best mimic the luster and texture of real fur. Ensure the pile height is between 30mm to 60mm for a premium look, and verify a high fabric weight (GSM)—typically above 800g/m²—to ensure density and prevent the backing from showing through. The backing should be a knitted or woven polyester to provide durability and prevent shedding.

For the US market, products must comply with CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) regulations, specifically 16 CFR Part 1610 for flammability. For the EU, ensure the materials meet REACH standards, confirming the absence of harmful azo dyes and formaldehyde. Additionally, if the product is marketed as 'Vegan' or 'Cruelty-Free,' look for PETA-Approved or OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifications to validate chemical safety and ethical production.

Request a dry-rubbing and wet-rubbing colorfastness test (ISO 105-X12) to ensure the white dye does not transfer. To test for shedding, ask the supplier for a pilling resistance report or a video of a tape test, where adhesive is applied to the fur to check fiber release. High-quality manufacturers use a heat-setting process during finishing to lock fibers into the base fabric.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services, including custom brand labels, silicone hangtags, and bespoke lining materials (such as silk or satin). For 'White Fox' style streetwear, you can request custom embroidery, screen printing, or specific GSM adjustments for hoodies and joggers to match your brand's positioning.

White fabrics are highly susceptible to phenolic yellowing during storage and transit. Require your supplier to use BHT-free (Butylated Hydroxytoluene) polybags and include anti-yellowing stickers in the packaging. It is also advisable to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify color consistency under D65 standard light sources.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is held in escrow until shipping documents are verified. Always define a Quality Claim Clause in your contract, specifying that a 3rd-party inspection report (e.g., SGS or Intertek) will be the final word in case of disputes regarding material composition or workmanship.

Faux fur is bulky but lightweight, meaning you will likely be charged based on volumetric weight. To optimize costs, ask the supplier to use vacuum compression packaging, which can reduce shipping volume by up to 50-70%. However, ensure the contract states that the fur must be steamed or brushed upon arrival to restore its original loft.

If you are a startup, look for suppliers offering 'Ready-to-Ship' sections with MOQs as low as 1-10 pieces. For custom designs, negotiate a tiered pricing structure: for example, a higher unit price for a 50-unit trial order, with a guaranteed 15-20% discount once you scale to a 500-unit bulk order.
