Wholesale mobile covers manufacturers

For high-protection cases, prioritize TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) for shock absorption and PC (Polycarbonate) for structural rigidity. Ensure the raised bezel height is at least 1.2mm to protect the screen and camera lens. For premium markets, look for Aramid fiber or genuine leather with a microfiber inner lining to prevent device scratching.

Request 1:1 real machine mold testing reports. The button tactile feedback should be crisp, and port cutouts must be wide enough to accommodate third-party charging cables. For magnetic cases, ensure N52 neodymium magnets are used to guarantee MagSafe compatibility and a strong magnetic pull force of at least 800g-1100g.

Products must adhere to RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH standards to ensure they are free from toxic chemicals like lead and phthalates. If the covers feature liquid/glitter, they must pass MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) testing. For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65.

Current market leaders utilize IMD (In-Mould Decoration) for scratch-resistant patterns and UV printing for small-batch custom designs. For eco-conscious brands, source biodegradable PBAT+PLA materials which decompose within 180 days in composting conditions. Always confirm if the supplier provides custom retail packaging to enhance brand value.

Implement a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) using AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Never release the final 70% balance payment until a third-party inspector verifies the color consistency, printing alignment, and fitment of a random sample from the mass production lot.

Since mobile covers have a high value-to-weight ratio, Sea Freight (LCL) is best for orders over 500kg to minimize unit costs. For smaller trial orders, use Air Freight with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to simplify customs clearance and avoid hidden local port charges. Always use double-corrugated export cartons to prevent crushing during transit.

Start by requesting a tiered pricing structure (e.g., 500, 2000, 5000 units). Negotiate for a lower MOQ on trial orders by offering to pay a slightly higher unit price, which can be credited back to your account upon your first full-scale bulk order. Always verify the supplier's Audited Supplier status on the platform to ensure factory legitimacy.

Avoid purchasing covers featuring licensed characters or trademarked logos (e.g., Disney, Marvel) unless the supplier provides a formal Authorization Letter. Customs authorities frequently seize counterfeit goods, which can lead to heavy fines and blacklisting of your import license.
