Vases artificial flowers manufacturers

For artificial flowers, prioritize Silk (Polyester) for a realistic look or PU (Polyurethane) for a 'real-touch' feel that resists moisture. Vases should be evaluated based on borosilicate glass for clarity and thermal resistance, or high-temperature fired ceramics (above 1200°C) to ensure they are waterproof and leak-proof if used with real water. Ensure the flower stems contain integrated iron wire for flexible styling and durability.

Buyers must ensure products comply with REACH (EU) or CPSC (US) regulations, specifically testing for lead, phthalates, and cadmium in plastic components and dyes. If the flowers are intended for commercial spaces, verify fire retardant certifications (NFPA 701 or BS 5852). For ceramic vases, ensure they meet food-grade safety standards if they could be repurposed for kitchen use.

Look for 3D printing technology on petals for realistic vein patterns and gradient dyeing to avoid a 'plastic' look. Check the UV resistance rating if the products will be placed near windows to prevent fading. For the vases, inspect for uniform wall thickness and non-slip bases (such as foam pads) to protect furniture surfaces and ensure stability.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer custom color matching (Pantone), bespoke bouquet arrangements, and private label packaging. You can also request custom mold creation for unique vase designs. Ensure you confirm the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom designs, which typically ranges from 500 to 1,000 pieces per SKU.

Vases are high-risk fragile items. Insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons and custom-fit EPE foam or Styrofoam packaging. Request a Drop Test Report (ISTA 1A or 2A) from the supplier. For artificial flowers, ensure they are packed in inner boxes to prevent crushing and petal deformation during long-term sea freight compression.

Focus on Tiered Pricing; ask for quotes at 500, 2,000, and 5,000 units to understand the supplier's margin. Negotiate payment terms such as 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L). Always request a pre-production sample and a shipping sample to ensure the bulk production matches the approved quality.

Utilize the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com to protect your payments. Prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone third-party onsite inspections by companies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Check the supplier's Trust Points and business age to ensure they have a proven track record in the floral and home decor industry.

Since vases are heavy and artificial flowers are voluminous, calculate the Volumetric Weight carefully. For large orders, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) is most economical. Consider consolidating shipments if purchasing flowers and vases from different factories. Ensure the HS Code (e.g., 6702.90 for artificial flowers, 7013.99 for glass vases) is correctly declared to avoid customs delays and ensure accurate duty calculation.
