Vacuum hanger bag manufacturers

B2B buyers should prioritize bags made from a PA + PE (Polyamide + Polyethylene) blend rather than PET + PE. PA (Nylon) provides superior flexibility and puncture resistance, ensuring the bag remains airtight even when folded or reused. The thickness should ideally be between 0.07mm to 0.10mm to balance durability with ease of compression.

Ensure the product features a double-zip seal with a color-changing slider to visually confirm a leak-proof closure. The suction valve should be a universal turbo valve compatible with all standard vacuum cleaners and hand pumps. Look for valves with a triple-seal leak-proof design and a non-return silicone gasket to prevent air re-entry after compression.

The internal hook system must be 360-degree rotatable for easy closet placement. For commercial durability, the hook should be made of high-strength ABS plastic capable of supporting at least 5-7kg (approx. 11-15 lbs) of heavy winter coats or suits without snapping or deforming the bag's seal point.

Verify that the materials are BPA-free and REACH compliant to ensure they do not contain harmful plasticizers. If exporting to the EU or North America, request SGS or TUV test reports for tensile strength and airtightness duration (typically a minimum of 6 months under vacuum).

Vacuum bags have a 'hidden' defect—micro-leaks that only appear after 24-48 hours. Negotiate a 2-5% spare parts allowance or a defective goods credit in your contract. Require the supplier to perform a 24-hour inflation test on a random sample (AQL 2.5/4.0) before final shipment.

Since vacuum bags are relatively heavy but low-volume when flat, they have a high cargo density. To optimize costs, use FOB (Free On Board) terms and consolidate orders into a Full Container Load (FCL) if possible. For smaller batches, ensure the supplier uses 5-layer corrugated export cartons to prevent the plastic hooks from piercing other bags during transit pressure.

When sourcing from Made-in-China.com, look for 'Audited Suppliers' who offer custom printing (gravure printing). The MOQ for custom-printed bags is usually 5,000-10,000 units. Ensure you clarify the plate-making fee upfront and request a pre-production sample to verify color accuracy and logo placement on the transparent film.

Always use secure payment escrow services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the material composition (PA+PE) to avoid receiving cheaper, brittle PET alternatives.
