Two sim card router manufacturers

When sourcing a two SIM card router, prioritize 4G LTE Cat 4/6 or 5G NR compatibility to ensure high-speed data transmission. The router must support Dual SIM Single Standby (DSSS) or Dual SIM Dual Active (DSDA) modes for failover protection. Look for high-gain external antennas (SMA interface) to enhance signal reception in remote areas. Additionally, ensure the device features industrial-grade hardware, including a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 75°C) and ESD protection for stable performance in harsh environments.

Global network frequency bands vary significantly. You must verify that the router supports the specific LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, and WCDMA bands used by carriers in your region (e.g., B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 for Europe or B2/B4/B5/B12/B17 for North America). Request a module specification sheet from the supplier to confirm the integrated cellular module (such as Quectel or Sierra Wireless) is certified for your target country's infrastructure.

A professional dual SIM router should support VPN protocols (IPsec, OpenVPN, L2TP) to ensure secure data tunneling. It is critical to have an Auto-Failover and Load Balancing mechanism that automatically switches to the backup SIM if the primary link fails. Look for suppliers on Made-in-China.com that offer Cloud Management Platforms (RMS), allowing for remote configuration, firmware updates, and real-time signal monitoring without on-site visits.

To clear customs and ensure safety, the product must carry CE (Europe), FCC (USA), or RoHS certifications. For specialized applications, check for E-Mark (automotive) or EN50155 (railway) standards. Always ask the supplier for valid test reports rather than just certificate images to confirm the authenticity of their compliance claims.

Always request a sample unit for local field testing before placing a bulk order. Use this sample to verify SIM card recognition, APN auto-configuration, and throughput speeds. Explicitly state in your purchase contract that the devices must be carrier-unlocked and support the specific frequency bands listed in your requirements.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for dual SIM routers, a 500-unit order can often yield a 15-20% discount compared to sample prices. Negotiate for extended warranties (2-3 years) and technical support SLAs. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who can provide OEM/ODM customization, such as custom branding on the web UI or specialized housing colors.

Routers containing cellular modules may be subject to Telecommunication Equipment Import Permits in certain countries. Ensure the HS Code (typically 8517.62) is correctly declared to avoid tariff disputes. For shipping, use insured air freight for high-value electronics to minimize the risk of damage from vibration or moisture during transit.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after the goods have been shipped and verified. For large orders, consider hiring a third-party inspection service (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to check the build quality and functional performance of the routers.
