Teeth whitening kits manufacturers

The most common active ingredients are Hydrogen Peroxide (HP) and Carbamide Peroxide (CP). For home-use kits, HP concentrations typically range from 0.1% to 6%, while CP ranges from 10% to 44%. Non-peroxide alternatives like Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid (PAP) are increasingly popular for sensitive teeth as they do not release free radicals. Ensure the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to verify chemical stability and safety.

As these are oral care products, they must meet strict medical and cosmetic regulations. For the US market, FDA registration and 510(k) clearance (if marketed as a medical device) are essential. For the EU, products must comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, and peroxide levels above 0.1% require a CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report). Globally, look for ISO 22716 (GMP for Cosmetics) and CE marking to ensure manufacturing quality.

A high-quality kit usually includes an LED Accelerator Light, whitening gel syringes or pens, and a mouth tray. Prioritize LED lights with at least 5 to 16 bulbs for even light distribution and built-in timers (e.g., 10 or 30 minutes). Mouth trays should be made of BPA-free, food-grade silicone. Check if the supplier offers dual-light technology (blue light for whitening and red light for gum care/soothing).

Whitening gels are temperature-sensitive. Most gels have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place (2-8°C is ideal for high concentrations). When sourcing, ask the supplier about their cold-chain logistics capabilities and ensure the packaging is vacuum-sealed to prevent oxidation of the active ingredients.

Teeth whitening kits are often flagged due to chemical content. To avoid seizures, ensure all labeling is compliant with the destination country's language and warning requirements. Provide a clear Ingredients List (INCI) and ensure the peroxide levels do not exceed the legal limit for 'over-the-counter' sales in that region. Working with experienced exporters on Made-in-China.com who provide full customs documentation is highly recommended.

Focus on Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for customized packaging, which usually starts at 500-1,000 sets. Negotiate for tiered pricing where the unit cost drops by 15-25% as volume increases. Request a pre-production sample with your logo printed to check color accuracy and print quality before releasing the bulk payment.

Use Secured Trading Services offered by platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery. Always hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a During Production Check (DUPRO) or a Final Random Inspection (FRI) to verify gel viscosity, LED functionality, and packaging integrity before the balance is paid.

For small batches, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fastest, but you must provide a Battery Declaration for the LED lights and a Non-Hazardous Chemical Certificate. For bulk orders, Sea Freight is most economical. Ensure the containers are positioned away from heat sources on the vessel to prevent the gel from liquefying or losing potency during transit.
