Silicone love doll manufacturers

While TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is more cost-effective and softer to the touch, Medical-Grade Platinum Silicone is the gold standard for B2B sourcing. Silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and heat-resistant, meaning it does not harbor bacteria and has a significantly longer shelf life. For high-end retail, prioritize platinum-cured silicone to ensure the product does not emit oily residues or chemical odors.

The internal skeleton is critical. Ensure the supplier uses a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum alloy exoskeleton with multi-axis ball joints. This allows for a wide range of motion without metal fatigue. Buyers should request specifications for load-bearing capacity and verify that the joints are equipped with noise-reduction gaskets to prevent squeaking during use.

To ensure consumer safety and legal entry into major markets, products must pass REACH (EU) and RoHS certifications to confirm the absence of phthalates and heavy metals. If the doll includes electronic heating or vibration functions, CE, FCC, and UL certifications are mandatory to ensure electrical safety and battery stability.

Look for suppliers utilizing 3D skin scanning technology and multi-layer pigment injection. High-quality dolls feature capillary detailing and realistic skin pores. Ask for the Shore A Hardness scale rating; typically, a rating between 0 and 5 is ideal for realistic soft tissue simulation.

This is a high-risk category for customs seizure. Buyers must ensure the product design complies with the destination country's laws (e.g., avoiding 'child-like' proportions which are strictly banned in the UK, Australia, and USA). Always instruct the supplier to use neutral, discreet packaging and declare the goods under the correct HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) to avoid unnecessary inspections.

Focus on Quality Control (QC) milestones. Negotiate a contract that requires a pre-shipment video inspection of the specific unit being sent. Demand a 12-month warranty on the internal skeleton. For bulk orders, aim for a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment only after a third-party inspection report (like SGS or Intertek) is uploaded to the platform.

Due to the weight (often 30kg-50kg) and sensitivity, Sea Freight (LCL) is most economical for bulk, but for samples, use specialized air couriers that handle 'sensitive' goods. Ensure the supplier uses custom-fitted wooden crates or heavy-duty double-walled cartons with molded foam inserts to prevent the silicone from deforming or 'skin bruising' during long-transit pressure.

Always utilize the Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com. This ensures that your funds are held in escrow and only released to the supplier once you confirm the goods meet the agreed-upon specifications. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts, as this category is prone to 'bait and switch' tactics by unverified vendors.
