Sex doll use manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common material due to its soft, realistic skin-like texture and lower production cost. However, it is porous and requires regular talcum powder application to prevent stickiness. Silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and more durable against heat and staining, though it is generally heavier and more expensive.

Ensure the product features a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum articulated skeleton. High-quality skeletons should offer multi-axis joints in the neck, shoulders, and hips to allow for a wide range of motion without compromising the integrity of the outer material. Check for load-bearing capacity if the product is intended for display or heavy use.

Products must comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS standards to ensure they are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals. For the US market, ensure materials are California Prop 65 compliant. If the product includes electronic heating or vibration functions, CE and FCC certifications are required.

Prioritize suppliers that provide removable or easy-clean orifices. Maintenance kits including renewal powder, specialized antibacterial cleaners, and repair glue should be part of the sourcing package. For B2B buyers, requesting UV-stabilized materials can prevent skin discoloration over time.

Use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9503.00) is correctly applied. Avoid explicit imagery on the outer carton. It is critical to verify the legality of adult product imports in the destination country, as some regions have strict prohibitions that could lead to customs seizure.

Request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) focusing on the 'skin' surface for air bubbles or tears. Conduct a joint flexibility test via video call or third-party agent. Ensure the supplier uses custom-fit foam crates to prevent 'pressure sores' or permanent deformation of the TPE/Silicone during long-term sea freight.

Utilize Trade Assurance services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. For large orders, negotiate a 30/70 payment term (30% deposit, 70% after passing inspection but before shipping).

Sea freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical for bulk orders due to the high weight of these products. For samples or urgent stock, Air Freight with specialized couriers is necessary, but ensure the battery (if any) is declared as Dangerous Goods according to IATA regulations.
