Rebounder trampoline manufacturers

When evaluating rebounders, prioritize the suspension system; bungee cords offer a quieter, lower-impact bounce suitable for fitness, while stainless steel springs provide a firmer, more rhythmic bounce for high-intensity training. Ensure the frame is constructed from heavy-duty powder-coated steel with a wall thickness of at least 1.5mm to prevent warping. The jumping mat should be made of high-density PP (polypropylene) mesh with UV resistance and at least 6-8 rows of reinforced stitching at the attachment points to ensure longevity and user safety.

For the US market, products must comply with ASTM F381-16 (Standard Safety Specification for Components, Assembly, Use, and Labeling of Trampolines). For the European market, EN 71-14 (Safety of toys - Part 14: Trampolines for domestic use) or GS certification is essential. Additionally, ensure all materials are REACH or RoHS compliant, meaning they are free from harmful phthalates and heavy metals, which is a critical requirement for fitness equipment used in close skin contact.

Request a static load test report and a dynamic bounce test report (typically 100,000 bounces). For commercial gym environments, the rebounder should support a maximum user weight of at least 150kg (330 lbs). Check the leg design; screw-in legs are common, but foldable legs with locking pins or welded leg sockets offer superior stability for high-traffic commercial settings. The rubber feet should be non-marking and reinforced with a metal washer inside to prevent the steel leg from cutting through the rubber.

B2B buyers should inquire about custom logo printing on the jumping mat using high-durability silk-screen inks that won't peel during use. Other options include adjustable T-bar handles (essential for rehab or senior fitness), frame padding colors, and carry bag inclusions for portable models. Discussing modular packaging is also vital to reduce shipping volumes and optimize Amazon FBA or e-commerce fulfillment costs.

Always conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third-party agency. Specifically, instruct the inspector to perform a 'Fatigue Test' and a 'Salt Spray Test' on the springs to check for rust resistance. Utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to ensure that payment is only released to the supplier once the Bill of Lading is confirmed and the quality meets your pre-defined standards.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. If a supplier's Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is too high for a trial, offer to pay a sample premium that can be credited back toward your first bulk order. Negotiate for spare parts (2-3% extra bungee cords or springs) to be included in the shipment at no extra cost, which significantly reduces your after-sales maintenance burden.

Rebounders are 'heavy and bulky' goods. To minimize damage, insist on 5-layer double-corrugated export cartons and plastic strapping. For sea freight, ensure the supplier uses pallets for LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments to prevent crushing. If shipping to the US or EU, clarify the Incoterms; DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is convenient for new buyers, but FOB (Free On Board) usually offers better transparency and cost control for experienced importers.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com, as these companies have undergone on-site verification by independent inspection firms like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Review their Business License and Export Qualifications to ensure they are a manufacturer rather than a small trading company, which ensures better technical support and lower pricing.
