Professional sport jerseys manufacturers

Professional jerseys must utilize high-performance moisture-wicking fabrics (typically polyester blends) with a weight between 140-180 GSM. Ensure the material features Quick-Dry technology and anti-bacterial treatments to manage sweat and odor. For high-contact sports, prioritize interlock knit structures for superior burst strength and 4-way stretch capabilities to ensure player mobility.

For long-term value, Full Dye Sublimation is the industry standard as the ink fuses with the fabric, preventing peeling or cracking. For premium branding, 3D Silicone heat transfers or high-density embroidery are recommended for logos. Ensure the supplier uses eco-friendly Italian KIAN inks to guarantee vibrant colors that maintain colorfastness (Grade 4-5) even after 50+ industrial washes.

Buyers must ensure products meet OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 to certify the absence of harmful substances. For the US market, compliance with CPSIA (especially for youth sizes) is mandatory. For European markets, adherence to REACH regulations regarding chemical dyes is essential. Always request SGS or Intertek test reports for fabric composition and flammability.

Sizing standards vary significantly; you should request a detailed size specification chart (covering US, EU, and Asian fits). Professional suppliers should offer 3D virtual sampling or physical pre-production samples (PPS). Ensure the jerseys incorporate ergonomic flatlock stitching to prevent skin chafing during intense physical activity.

Implement a multi-stage inspection strategy. Utilize third-party inspection services (like V-Trust or QIMA) to conduct a During Production Check (DUPRO) and a Final Random Inspection (FRI). Never release the final 70% balance payment until the inspection report confirms that the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 standards are met.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for tiered pricing where the unit cost drops by 10-15% as volume increases. If you are a startup, look for suppliers on Made-in-China.com that offer flexible MOQs (e.g., 10-50 pieces) for sublimation, as this process does not require expensive screen setups.

For large volumes, use FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over freight costs and choose your own forwarder. Ensure the Commercial Invoice and Packing List accurately reflect the HS Code (typically 6103.33 or 6109.90) to avoid customs delays. For urgent seasonal launches, consider Air Freight, but factor in that it can cost 3-5 times more than sea shipping.

Always conduct transactions through secure payment channels. Use the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com to protect your funds. This ensures that payment is only released to the supplier once you have confirmed receipt and quality of the goods, providing a vital safety net against fraud or non-delivery.
