Dildo vibrator stimulator manufacturers

Safety is paramount in this category. You must ensure the products are made from medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and body-safe. Avoid materials containing phthalates, lead, or heavy metals. Request documentation for RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH compliance to ensure the chemical composition meets international safety benchmarks for skin contact.

Focus on the motor quality and noise levels; high-quality vibrators should operate below 50 decibels. Battery life is another key factor—look for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries with a capacity of at least 500mAh, providing 1.5 to 2 hours of continuous use. Additionally, verify the IPX7 waterproof rating, which allows for easy cleaning and use in wet environments.

Request a technical data sheet detailing the vibration frequency (measured in Hz). A professional supplier should offer products with variable frequency drives (e.g., 7–10 modes). Ask for aging test reports where the motor is run continuously for 24–48 hours to ensure it doesn't overheat or lose intensity over time.

For the US market, ensure the device has FCC certification for electromagnetic compatibility. For the EU, CE marking is mandatory. Since these products contain batteries, you must also secure a UN38.3 test report and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to facilitate legal and safe international transport.

Adult products can sometimes face scrutiny at customs. It is professional practice to use discreet descriptions on shipping manifests, such as 'Massager' or 'Silicone Crafts'. Ensure your supplier provides neutral packaging without explicit imagery to avoid delays or seizures in conservative jurisdictions.

Start by requesting a sample order to verify the 'hand-feel' and motor strength. When moving to bulk, negotiate based on tiered pricing—typically, a 10-15% discount is achievable when moving from 500 to 2,000 units. Always confirm if the OEM/ODM mold costs can be rebated once a certain order volume is reached.

Utilize Secured Trading services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery. Hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). They should check for surface defects, battery charging functionality, and ensure the silicone-to-plastic bonding is seamless to prevent bacterial buildup.

Shipping products with built-in batteries requires specialized dangerous goods (DG) handling. Use freight forwarders experienced in Battery Air Transport or Sea Freight (LCL/FCL). Ensure the supplier provides proper labeling (Class 9 stickers) and uses insulated packaging to prevent accidental activation during transit.
