Decoration painting manufacturers

When selecting decoration paintings, you must prioritize canvas quality and frame durability. For high-end markets, look for 380g polyester-cotton canvas which offers superior texture and ink absorption. Ensure the frames are made of kiln-dried solid wood (like pine) to prevent warping, or high-density PS (polystyrene) for cost-effective, moisture-resistant options. For printing, verify the use of Epson or Roland high-definition inkjet technology with a resolution of at least 1440 DPI to ensure color accuracy and sharpness.

Compliance is critical for cross-border trade. You should require suppliers to provide SGS or Intertek certification for the inks used, ensuring they are eco-solvent, UV-curable, or water-based inks that are VOC-free and non-toxic. For wooden components, ensure they meet FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) standards for sustainability and CARB Phase 2 or E1 grade formaldehyde emission standards, especially for the North American and European markets.

To prevent fading over time, specify that the paintings must have a UV-protective coating or be printed with pigment-based archival inks that offer lightfastness for 20+ years. For bathroom or kitchen scenarios, request waterproof and moisture-proof treatments. Additionally, ensure the backboard is sealed with non-woven fabric or moisture-barrier paper to prevent dust accumulation and mold growth.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com should offer OEM/ODM services, including custom sizing, private labeling (logo printing on the back), and bespoke packaging. You should verify if the supplier can provide high-resolution original design files or if they have an in-house design team to assist with trend-based artwork development. For dropshipping or e-commerce integration, confirm if they provide white-label packaging and blind shipping capabilities.

Decoration paintings, especially those with glass or large frames, are highly fragile. You must mandate 5-layer corrugated outer cartons and corner protectors (foam or cardboard) for every piece. For bulk sea freight, request palletization with shrink wrap. For high-value items, suggest tempered glass or plexiglass (acrylic) instead of standard glass to reduce breakage rates and shipping weight.

Start by requesting a sample order to verify color consistency between the digital proof and the physical product. When negotiating price, use a tiered volume approach (e.g., 100, 500, 1000 units) to see the price breaks. Always clarify the Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF) and ensure the lead time is clearly stated in the contract, especially during peak seasons like Q4.

Utilize secured payment terms and consider hiring a third-party inspection service (like V-Trust or QIMA) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). The inspector should check for color deviation, frame alignment, and packaging integrity. Only authorize the final payment after the inspection report confirms the goods meet your specified AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.

Be aware of anti-dumping duties that may apply to wooden frames in certain regions. For shipping, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is the most economical for bulk orders, but for lightweight canvas-only (unframed) orders, Air Freight or International Express is viable. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to help you benefit from any applicable Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and reduce import tariffs.
