Cash bag seals manufacturers

When sourcing cash bag seals, you must prioritize tamper-evident features and material integrity. Look for High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polypropylene (PP) for plastic pull-tight seals, as these offer a balance of flexibility and tensile strength. Ensure the seals have a breaking strength of at least 20kg to 35kg to prevent accidental snapping during transit. For high-value transfers, specify metal locking inserts (usually stainless steel) within the locking chamber to prevent 'picking' or heat-based tampering.

To ensure global trade acceptance and security reliability, verify that the supplier complies with ISO 17712:2013 standards, which categorize seals into 'Indicative', 'Security', and 'High Security'. For cash-in-transit (CIT) operations, ISO 9001 certification of the manufacturer is essential to guarantee batch consistency. Additionally, ensure the products meet REACH and RoHS requirements if you are importing into the EU to confirm the absence of hazardous chemicals in the plastic components.

Modern procurement requires advanced tracking. You should request laser-etched permanent marking rather than ink printing, as laser marking cannot be rubbed off or altered. Ensure each seal has a unique sequential serial number and a high-contrast QR code or Barcode (128 or 39) for rapid digital logging. For enterprise-level logistics, consider RFID-integrated seals which allow for bulk scanning without line-of-sight, significantly reducing labor costs in warehouse management.

The choice depends on the application: Pull-tight seals are ideal for fabric or plastic cash bags due to their adjustable length. Fixed-length seals are better for vehicle doors or large containers to ensure a consistent loop. For heavy-duty banking applications, ensure the seal tail has 'gripping teeth' to prevent the seal from slipping when applied to neck-top bags. The functional design must include a large identification tag area for clear branding and numbering visibility.

The primary risk in security sourcing is the production of duplicate serial numbers. You should request a 'Certificate of Conformance' for every batch and mandate that the supplier maintains a strict log of numbering sequences to prevent overlaps. Use Made-in-China.com's 'Audited Supplier' reports to verify the factory's physical existence and production capacity, ensuring they have the internal controls to manage sensitive security data.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for tiered pricing where the unit cost drops significantly at 10,000, 50,000, and 100,000 units. Ask for free customized molding (logo insertion) if the order exceeds a certain volume. Furthermore, request a 0.5% to 1% buffer stock of unnumbered samples for testing purposes to be included in the initial shipment.

Since seals are security items, the packaging must be tamper-evident at the carton level. Request the use of branded security tape on all export cartons. For shipping to international markets, use FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over the freight forwarder, ensuring the goods are not tampered with at the port of origin. Always ensure the Packing List clearly states the range of serial numbers contained in each specific carton for easy customs clearance and inventory reconciliation.

Always utilize Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after you confirm receipt of the goods. Before the final balance payment, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a random pull-test and verify that the serial numbers match your purchase order exactly.
