Automatic water gun toy manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize battery capacity (mAh) and waterproof sealing. Look for models with at least a 1200mAh lithium battery to ensure sustained play. The battery compartment must have an IPX7 waterproof rating to prevent short circuits. Additionally, verify the discharge range; professional-grade automatic water guns should achieve a steady stream of 8-10 meters.

For the US market, products must comply with ASTM F963 and have a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC). For the EU, EN71 (Parts 1, 2, and 3) and CE Marking are mandatory. Ensure the plastic used is BPA-free and non-toxic (ABS material) to meet global health safety requirements.

Request a drop test report (usually 1.5 meters) to ensure the ABS plastic casing does not crack easily. Check the internal pump mechanism; brushless motors are preferred for longer lifespans and quieter operation. The sealing rings should be made of high-quality silicone to prevent leakage during high-pressure firing.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer custom colorways (Pantone matching), logo silk-screening, and bespoke packaging designs. For large orders (MOQ >2000), you can request molding modifications to create a unique exterior design that differentiates your brand from competitors.

Automatic water guns contain lithium batteries, which are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. You must ensure the supplier provides a UN38.3 Test Report and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Failure to provide these will lead to customs seizure or refusal by airlines/shipping lines.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspection service like SGS or Intertek to verify the goods before the final 70% balance payment is released.

Start by requesting a tiered pricing structure (e.g., 500, 1000, and 5000 units). Negotiate based on long-term partnership potential rather than just a one-off transaction. If the MOQ is too high, suggest a sample trial run at a slightly higher unit price to test market response before committing to bulk volume.

Ensure the water gun design does not infringe on patented designs from major brands (like Hasbro/Nerf). Ask the supplier for a Letter of Authorization or proof of their own design patents. This prevents your inventory from being flagged for IP infringement during customs clearance in the destination country.
