Wireless phone used telephone manufacturers

When evaluating wireless telephones, prioritize DECT 6.0 technology for interference-free communication and a range of up to 300 meters outdoors. Ensure the handsets use High-Capacity Ni-MH rechargeable batteries to guarantee at least 10 hours of talk time and 6 days of standby time. For business use, verify support for multi-handset expansion (typically up to 6 handsets per base) and GAP compatibility to ensure different brands can work together if necessary.

Wireless phones must adhere to strict radio frequency and safety regulations. For the US market, FCC Part 15 and Part 68 certifications are mandatory. For the EU, look for CE marking and compliance with the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU. Additionally, ensure the power adapters meet Level VI energy efficiency standards and the materials are RoHS compliant to restrict hazardous substances.

Sourcing used electronics requires a rigorous grading system. Demand a Grade A (Like New) or Grade B (Minor Scratches) classification. Ask the supplier for a Functional Test Report covering keypad responsiveness, LCD clarity, and battery health (should be >80% original capacity). Ensure the supplier provides a warranty of at least 90 to 180 days to mitigate the risk of refurbished component failure.

For professional environments, prioritize phones with Full-Duplex Speakerphones for clear conferencing and Noise-Reduction technology. Features like Caller ID/Call Waiting, a 50+ entry phonebook, and Intercom/Call Transfer capabilities between handsets are critical for operational efficiency. If sourcing for hotels, ensure the base units have customizable speed-dial buttons for guest services.

Always utilize Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com, which offer escrow-style protection. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Before placing a bulk order, conduct a Supplier Audit or use a Third-Party Inspection service (such as SGS or Intertek) to verify the factory's existence and production capacity.

Wireless phones contain batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481). Ensure the supplier provides a valid MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 Test Report. Failure to provide correct battery documentation can lead to customs seizures or airline rejection. Choose freight forwarders experienced in handling sensitive electronic cargo to avoid delays.

For used goods, pricing is highly dependent on volume and cosmetic grade. Negotiate a tiered pricing structure where the unit cost drops by 10-15% for orders exceeding 500 units. Request a 1-2% spare parts allowance (extra handsets or batteries) included in the price to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) units, which is a common strategy in the refurbished market.

Check the HS Code (typically 8517.11) for cordless telephones to determine the import duty in your country. Be aware of Anti-Dumping duties or specific trade barriers that may apply to electronics from certain regions. Ensure all commercial invoices clearly state the Country of Origin and the condition of the goods as 'Refurbished' or 'Used' to avoid legal complications during customs clearance.
