Mosquito killer lamp price manufacturers

Buyers should focus on the UV light wavelength, typically 365nm to 395nm, which is most effective at attracting mosquitoes. Additionally, evaluate the killing mechanism: high-voltage electric grids (instant kill) versus suction fans with glue boards (quieter, safer for food areas). For premium models, look for CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) technology which offers a longer lifespan of up to 20,000 hours compared to standard tubes.

For the US market, EPA registration is often required for pesticidal devices, along with UL or ETL certification for electrical safety. For the EU, ensure the product carries the CE mark and complies with the RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and LVD (Low Voltage Directive). If the device uses chemical attractants, it must also meet REACH standards.

For outdoor/commercial use, prioritize an IPX4 or higher waterproof rating and a coverage area of at least 100-150 square meters. For indoor/residential use, focus on noise levels (below 35dB) and safety features like narrow-gap finger guards to prevent accidental contact with the electric grid. USB-powered portable models are currently trending for camping and travel niches.

The price is primarily driven by the housing material (ABS plastic vs. Stainless Steel) and the type of light source. Bulk pricing typically sees a 15-25% reduction when moving from 500 units to 5,000 units. To optimize costs, consider SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) shipping if you have local assembly capabilities, which can significantly reduce freight volume and import duties.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third party. Specifically, instruct the inspector to perform a Hi-Pot test (High Potential test) to ensure electrical insulation and a functionality test where the lamps are kept on for at least 4 hours to check for overheating or ballast failure.

Focus on long-term partnership potential rather than just the first order price. Ask for OEM/ODM customization (such as custom branding or modified plug types) to be included in the unit price for orders exceeding 1,000 units. Request a spare parts allowance of 1-2% (especially for UV tubes) to be included free of charge to handle potential transit breakage.

Ensure the supplier uses 5-layer corrugated export cartons with EPE foam inserts tailored to the product shape. For sea freight, request palletization with shrink wrap to prevent moisture ingress and minimize handling damage. If shipping by air, verify that the lithium batteries (in cordless models) comply with UN38.3 aviation safety standards.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is only released to the supplier after you confirm receipt and quality. Avoid using non-traceable payment methods; instead, use L/C (Letter of Credit) for large volumes or T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a deposit/balance structure linked to inspection milestones.
