Attar glass perfume bottles manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize High-White Glass (Grade A) or Borosilicate Glass to ensure maximum clarity and chemical stability. Since Attar contains concentrated essential oils, the glass must be non-reactive to prevent scent degradation. Ensure the glass thickness is uniform to avoid fragile spots, particularly at the base and neck.

Attar bottles typically use glass rods, plastic dip sticks, or roll-on balls. For premium markets, glass rods are preferred for their traditional feel and hygiene. You must verify the sealing integrity of the screw cap or plug to prevent leakage of expensive oils; a leakage test (vacuum test) should be requested from the supplier to ensure a 100% airtight seal.

To differentiate your brand, consider techniques such as Electroplating (UV coating) for a metallic finish, Silk-screen printing, Hot stamping (Gold/Silver), or Acid frosting. For luxury Attar, hand-polished glass or metal filigree casing adds significant perceived value. Ensure the supplier uses eco-friendly, lead-free inks that comply with international safety standards.

Ensure the products meet FDA (US) or EC 1935/2004 (EU) standards for glass containers. If the bottles are intended for the US market, they must be lead-free and cadmium-free in accordance with California Proposition 65. Always request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and SGS/TUV inspection reports for heavy metal content.

Glass is highly fragile; therefore, you must mandate 5-layer corrugated export cartons with individual cell dividers (egg-crate packaging). For bulk orders, specify palletization with shrink wrap and corner protectors. It is highly recommended to purchase Marine Cargo Insurance covering 'All Risks' to protect against transit damage.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate based on volume tiers (e.g., 5,000 vs. 20,000 units) and ask for free mold customization if the order exceeds a certain value. Always verify the supplier's Audited Supplier status on Made-in-China.com to ensure they have passed field inspections.

Use Secured Payment services provided by the platform to ensure funds are only released after shipping documents are verified. For quality assurance, hire a third-party inspection agency (like V-Trust or QIMA) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) focusing on AQL 2.5/4.0 standards for cosmetic defects like bubbles, scratches, or uneven threading.

When shipping to the Middle East or Europe, ensure the Country of Origin (COO) is clearly marked on every outer carton to facilitate customs clearance. For large volumes, Sea Freight (FCL) is the most economical method, but ensure the container is loaded with desiccants to prevent 'container rain' which can damage the packaging boxes and cause mold.
